1. About the Service

Experience Appeal Center is an independent platform that allows Roblox players to submit formal appeals against bans issued within Roblox experiences. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Decisions made through this Service do not bind Roblox Corporation in any way.

2. Eligibility

To use this Service you must:

• Be at least 13 years old, as required by Roblox's OAuth 2.0 authorization system
• Have a valid Roblox account in good standing
• Be the rightful owner of the Roblox account you authenticate with
• Agree to and comply with these Terms in full

If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Roblox OAuth 2.0 authentication

This Service uses Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 system to verify your identity. By authorizing this app, you:

• Confirm you are the authorized owner of the Roblox account you authenticate with
• Agree to comply with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards in addition to these Terms
• Accept responsibility for all activity submitted through your account on this Service
• Agree not to share your session or impersonate another user
• Acknowledge that you may revoke this app's access to your Roblox account at any time through your Roblox App Permissions settings

We access Roblox data only through authorized Roblox APIs and approved OAuth scopes (openid, profile). We do not sell Roblox API data and do not use Roblox data to train AI or machine learning models.

4. Acceptable use

When using this Service, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your appeal
• Submit only one appeal per ban incident
• Not submit appeals on behalf of another user
• Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate, spam, or abuse the appeal review process
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not use this Service to:

• Submit false or deliberately misleading information in an appeal
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate any individual or moderator
• Evade a previous appeal denial by creating duplicate submissions
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Service
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violation of these rules may result in permanent denial of your appeal and permanent ban from submitting future appeals through this Service.

6. Appeal outcomes

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee any particular outcome. All appeal decisions are made at the sole discretion of the reviewing moderation team. We reserve the right to deny any appeal without providing a reason. Each ban may only be appealed once. A denied appeal is final and cannot be re-submitted for the same ban.

7. Accuracy of information

By submitting an appeal, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Submitting a false or misleading appeal may result in further enforcement action, including permanent disqualification from future appeals.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code of this Service is the property of its respective owners. “Roblox” and related marks are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Use of the Roblox name on this Service is solely for descriptive purposes and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular appeal will result in a ban being lifted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Service, including but not limited to the outcome of any ban appeal.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
